Dr. Katie Wilson opened Wilson Family Chiropractic in 2006 and has been serving Jackson County and the surrounding communities with compassionate, family-centered care ever since.

She is a 2004 graduate of Life University, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and a 1992 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Accounting. Dr. Wilson and her husband, Erik, both grew up in a small rural farming community in Northeast Colorado. In her twenties, she spent several years traveling and living in South Africa. During her thirties, she worked for a chiropractor in Woodstock, Georgia while completing her chiropractic education and later joined the practice as one of their doctors before opening her own clinic.

Dr. Wilson enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is certified in both prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. She believes deeply in the body’s innate intelligence and its remarkable ability to heal naturally and without drugs.

With a shared love for small-town living, community, and strong family values, Erik and Dr. Katie knew Sylva was the perfect place to put down roots and raise their two children, Eden and Kavan.
