After graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College with degrees in psychology and English, Casey spent her gap year at Center for Massage and Natural Health in 2009 and has not stopped studying holistic medicine and healing therapies since, most recently graduating as a certified occupational therapy assistant from Southwestern Community College in 2018. Known for a gentle approach consisting of cranial sacral, myofascial release, reflexology and energy work techniques, Casey believes that chronic issues can be relieved with recognizing patterns of dis-ease and connecting with the right approach to the body, mind, and spirit.
